I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Atmosphere, Ocean, and Climate Dynamics (AOCD) division, working primarily with Prof. Alexey Fedorov. Principally, my present research is focused on the evolution of the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC) to radiative forcing, on timescales ranging from the contemporary (20th and 21st century), all the way out to multi-millennial (quasi-equilibrium) timescales, the latter of which is highly relevant for paleoclimate and understanding Earth’s equilibrium climate sensitivity.
